ウナギバス富山ツアーレポート Feb. 15th, 2016 Unagi Bus Toyama Tour
Good morning! Unagi Bus is making its final approach to our Day 1 destination Toyama!
Fortunately or unfortunately, it is snowing heavily in Toyama! Since we are not waterproof travelers, Unaka, our Unagi Bus tour guide, will check and see if we can go outside today.

We’re going to have a “yakuzen” or Chinese herbal medicine dish for lunch! Arrived at “Yurakukan Chunchundo” restaurant! Only 3 min. walk from JR Toyama Station.
“In the early Edo Period a positive industrial promotion policy was implemented on the production of medicine and washi (Japanese paper). Also, thanks to the improvement of both land and sea transportation routes, these industries thrived and Toyama became known nationwide as the province of medicine.”

JR富山駅から徒歩3分の場所にある「癒楽甘 春々堂（ゆうらくかん ちゅんちゅんどう）」に向かいます。
乙女にはたまらない薬膳メニューの数々。楽しみですね！

The steamed rice used for these dishes are Toyama’s “Tentakaku” brand. Mmm
Careful, don’t eat your travel buddies. Some do look similar to curry rice.

お店の人気メニューはこちらの「旬の野菜を使った限定やくぜんカレー」です。
ライスは富山米「てんたかく」に雑穀米と血行促進効果のある紅花などを入れて炊き上げてます。
栄養・美容効果抜群の乙女に嬉しい一品ですね！ますますかわいくなってしまうわ!! （痩身効果はないかしら… ）
今回は新商品の「焼きカレードリア」もご用意しました！ホワイトソースを使わない、豆乳紅花ドリアと薬膳カレーのアレンジメニュー。
お皿が熱くなってるから、写真撮るときは気をつけてね。熱いよ、熱いよ..。無理しないでね。

We’re going to have “kito kito” sushi here in Toyama’s “Sushimasa”. “Kito kito” means fresh in Toyama dialect.
We have a reservation for 25 stuffies!

富山のおいしいお寿司「富山湾鮨」をいただきます。
今夜は「寿司正」さんにて、きときとなお寿司を堪能します。「きときと」とは富山の方言で「新鮮」という意味なんですよ。
天然の生簀とも称される富山湾。その日獲れた新鮮なネタだけを使用したお寿司は旬の地魚を堪能できるのが特徴です。
